Welcome to Floriste. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our floral design and event styling services.
1. About Floriste
Floriste provides floral design, wedding flowers, event styling, corporate floral arrangements, and related creative services.
The information displayed on this website is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
2. Our Services
Our services are individually designed according to each client's requirements, event type, venue, availability, seasonal flowers, and budget.
All service details, inclusions, pricing, availability, and timelines will be confirmed with you before an order or booking is accepted.
3. Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking is confirmed only after Floriste has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.
We may request additional information about your event, including the event date, location, guest numbers, preferred flowers, colour palette, budget, and styling requirements.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices may vary depending on flower availability, seasonal changes, design complexity, quantities, delivery requirements, venue access, setup, and other event-specific requirements.
Any applicable deposit, balance payment, cancellation fee, delivery charge, or additional service fee will be communicated before confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made by the payment date provided by Floriste.
5. Flowers & Seasonal Availability
Flowers are natural products and are subject to seasonal availability, weather conditions, supply limitations, and quality variations.
If a requested flower, colour, or variety is unavailable, Floriste may substitute it with another flower of a similar style, colour, value, and overall appearance.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed design and aesthetic.
